When refunds can be reviewed
Refunds can be reviewed when an order cannot be fulfilled, the product is out of stock, duplicate payment is confirmed, or a delivery problem is caused by VGame or an upstream provider.
Non-refundable cases
Delivered digital products are normally non-refundable. Orders with incorrect player ID, server, region, voucher country, account information, or redeemed codes may not qualify once fulfillment has started or completed.
How to request help
Contact support with your order number, account email, product name, payment time, and screenshots when available. The support team will check payment status, fulfillment logs, and provider settlement before making a decision.
Disputes and timing
Please contact VGame support before opening duplicate disputes or chargebacks. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and the original payment method after approval.
