Using VGame
VGame provides digital game top-up and voucher services. You must provide accurate account, server, region, and delivery information before submitting an order.
Orders and fulfillment
Orders are processed based on the product, SKU, and delivery fields submitted at checkout. Incorrect player IDs, regions, servers, or redemption details may delay or prevent delivery.
Payments, refunds, and disputes
Payment availability depends on region and provider rules. Refund eligibility depends on product status, delivery state, provider settlement, and fraud checks. Contact support before opening duplicate disputes.
Prohibited activity
Do not use VGame for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account access, resale that violates product rules, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass risk controls.
